Eligibility and Accounts

• Parents and Teachers must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Student accounts must be created and managed by a Parent or Teacher.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• Not misuse, copy, distribute, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Platform or its Content.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

Purchases, Payments, and Licences

• Certain tests and courses require payment.
• Each purchased test licence may only be assigned to one Student, unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Scholar Exams does not store payment card details.
• All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

• Scholar Exams provides educational materials and practice assessments.
• While designed to reflect real examinations, Scholar Exams does not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes.

Intellectual Property

Account Termination
